A Loyalty System Incorporated with Blockchain and Call Auction
Abstract

2.1. Blockchain and Hyperledger Fabric
2.2. Blockchain-Based Loyalty Point Systems
2.3. Call Auction Mechanism
- Achieving the maximum trade volume such that buy orders with bid prices higher than the determined price and sell orders with an offer price lower than the determined price shall be all satisfied;
- If there are buy and sell orders with prices equal to the determined price, at least one type of order shall be fully satisfied;
- When more than two prices meet the above two principles, the price closest to the latest traded price in the current trading period shall be used. If there is not yet any traded price in the current period, the price closest to the auction reference price at market opening shall be used.
3. The Proposed Method
3.1. The Trading Mechanism
- A.
- Stock Exchange Order
- B.
- Point Exchange Order
- C.
- Pre-Processing
- Case 1: Sell X for Y
- Stock code = X
- Trade type = sell
- Trade quantity = Qty_X
- Ask price = (Qty_Y/Qty_X) in currency units of Y
- Time = T
- Case 2: Sell Y for X
- Stock code = X
- Trade type = buy
- Trade quantity = Qty_X
- id price = (Qty_Y/Qty_X) in currency units of Y
- Time = T
- Stock code = 1100
- Trade type = buy
- Trade quantity = 20
- Bid price = 1.5 (currency unit: 1200)
- Time = 15 September 2021 10:10:10
- D.
- Post-processing
- Case 1: Sell a quantity Q of X at the trade price P in units of Y
- Point to sell = X
- Quantity to sell = Q
- Point to buy = Y
- Quantity to buy = P × Q
- Case 2: Buy a quantity Q of X at the trade price P in units of Y
- Point to sell = Y
- Quantity to sell = P × Q
- Point to buy = X
- Quantity to buy = Q
3.2. Blockchain-Based Loyalty Point System
- X, Y: company and also code of point;
- A, B: customer;
- idu: identity of a customer u;
- ecc_pku: ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography) public key of role u;
- DSu: digital signature of role u;
- Enc(m, k): encryption function, which encrypts message m with key k;
- Dec(m, k): decryption function, which decrypts message m with key k;
- H(m): SHA-256 hash function, which generates digital digest of message m.
