Ahmad demonstarted that the exogenous administrations of H2S and NO ameliorate the progression of left ventricular hypertrophy through modulation oxidative stress and hemodynamic parameters. Interesting study, however few concerns to be addressed. 1. Low powered sample number only 3 while mRNA measurements. 2. HE staining images were not clear (figure 6) and scale bar missing. 3. Collagen content staining images were blurred (clear images must be replaced). 4. supplimentary files should be merged to 1 or 2 figures ratherthan many files.

Ahmad demonstrated that the exogenous administrations of H2S and NO ameliorate the progression of left ventricular hypertrophy through modulation oxidative stress and hemodynamic parameters. Interesting study, however few concerns to be addressed.
Comments:
- Low powered sample number only 3 while mRNA measurements.
Response:
Number of animals in each group is 3 and each animal having samples in triplicate so total n=9 for each group and there are 4 groups. Total number of n=36. This number of animals justify number of n required for relative quantification and statistic.
Comments:
- HE staining images were not clear (figure 6) and scale bar missing.
Response:
Images have been added by doing modification.
Comments:
- Collagen content staining images were blurred (clear images must be replaced).
Comments:
- supplementary files should be merged to 1 or 2 figures rather than many files.
Response:
We believe that data in the supplementary files is just to support the data in final draft of manuscript. Supplementary data is not part of manuscript under revision and can be presented on demand. Figures are prepared and can be added in supplementary files if required.

Reviewer 3 Report
In the paper "Physiological, pathological and Pharmacological interactions of hydrogen sulphide and nitric oxide in the myocardium of rats with left ventricular hypertrophy" authors explore the combined treatment of H2S and NO in the progression of LVH and response in physiological, pathological, and Pharmacological in vivo settings of LVH.
The research I well designed and conducted and the paper well written
Minor point
- Please replace the title of section 3.1 with Electrocardiogram (ECG) instead of Echocardiogram (ECG).
- Add a paragraph on translational perspective and clinical application of your finding.
