- Have you ever cancelled a dental appointment because of fear?
- Do you remember any bad dental experience at the dentist in childhood?
- When you go to the dentist, do you perceive any of the following reactions? You can mark more than one option:
- ( ) Your breathing becomes faster.
- ( ) Your hands become sweaty.
- ( ) Your heart beats faster.
- ( ) You sleep poorly the night before the appointment.
- When you schedule an appointment with the dentist, do you choose the gender of the dentist who will treat you?
- If you answered positively to the previous question, what gender do you prefer for the dentist?
- Are there any situations or instruments that bother you during dental care? Which?
- Do you have dental fear?
