Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

I compliment the Authors for the interesting casistic presented. The paper is well written and the statistic is clear. The principal limitation is the retrospective casistic, which may have several bias.

However, I fell that the paper is scientifically relevant and should be published in this actual form.

Reviewer 3 Report

Murthy et al. present an interesting topic that adjuvant chemotherapy on positive soft tissue surgical margins following radical cystectomy can increase the survival of bladder cancer patients with extravesical extension. They did a comprehensive analysis on a bladder cancer patient cohort who received radical cystectomy and neoadjuvant chemotherapy. It turns out bladder cancer patients with positive soft-tissue surgical margin can benefits from adjuvant chemotherapy following radical cystectomy. In general, this study is properly designed, and the results are clear and sound, and the references are relevant and updated.
