This manuscript presents a non-linear one-dimensional magneto-viscoelasticity analysis, considering the viscoelastic and magnetic effects, as well as the aging phenomena at constant temperature. The viscoelastic behaviour is modelled by an integro-differential equation; aging is evaluated through relaxation function; effects from external magnetic field is taking by a non-linear partial differential equation.
The topic is interesting, developed a coupled theoretical analysis for magneto-viscoelastic material when subjected to aging at a constant temperature. However, the current manuscript is purely theoretical, lacks of experimental evidences and comparisons in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the model. The authors are also highly suggested to include figures in order to visualise the new model to facilitate reading.

Authors studied on the magneto-viscoelasticity problem. The one-dimensional case was considered. The system under investigation was given by the coupling on a non-linear partial differential equation combined with a linear integro-differential equation. The system models a viscoelastic body whose mechanical behavior, described by the linear integro-differential equation, was also influenced by an external magnetic field. The model here investigated aims to consider the concomitance of three different effects: viscoelasticity, aging and magnetization. In particular, the viscoelastic behavior was represented via an integro-differential equation whose kernel characterizes the properties of the material. In a viscoelastic material subject to the effects of aging, all changes in the response to deformation are due not only to the intrinsic memory of the material but also to deterioration with the age of the material itself. Thus, the relaxation function is not assumed to depend on the two times, present and past, via their difference, but to depend on both the present and past times as two independent variables. The sensibility to an external magnetic field is modeled by a non-linear partial differential equation taking its origin in the Landau-Lifschitz magnetic model.
This paper is well written. However, it should be revised via follows:
*What is the physical meanings of Eq.(2.1)?
*At the end of eq(2.5), they need to put comma.
*This paper should be polished in grammatical frame.
*They should cite at least one paper related to LEMMA4.
* Conclusion section needs to be extended a little more.
After these modifications, it may be accepted.

The work is interesting and has enough scientific merit. But the following suggestions can be included.
1. The findings/novelty of the work can be mentioned in the abstract.
2. Assumptions related to Magnetic field is not mentioned whether the authors have considered homogeneous field? How do the authors take address the issue of magnetic saturation of magneto-active elastomers/polymers?
3. What are the limitations of the study and authors also should mention if the results can be validated by numerical/ FEA study.
4. A Bibliography is required and the symbols/ variables used in the derivation should be explained.
5. The authors mention about " generalization of previous ones" in line 14 and should mention what it is.
5. Lot of grammatical mistakes are there and it is suggested to use Grammarly or Quilbot to improve the content of the write up.
6. There are spelling mistakes also, like line 21 " poassibilty" has been used instead of "possibility". It is suggested to go through the paper thoroughly and check for such mistakes and correct it.
7. In line 63 the authors have written " The outline of the present work follows" This is a usual practice in Thesis/ Project reports and may not be required in Journal papers.
8. As far as possible avoid using first person like " I, we, our" etc in Journal papers.

The authors have done the necessary changes and accept few minor changes in the sentence formation, the paper is fine. However I suggest to go through the paper once again thoroughly and change the sentence formation. I am listing 2 such examples below:
Line 26" " Indeed, the possibility to construction a viscoelastic material which is characterized by mechanical response which can be modified under the action of an external magnetic field, turn out to be of importance in different applications", this is grammatically incorrect.
Line 69-" Specifically, for the reader convenience, the results are organised as follows" should be " Specifically, for the reader's convenience, the results are organised as follows."
