Case Report
The first report on Saprolegnia parasitica and Neoparamoeba perurans isolated from Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), reared in Korea
It's a very interesting paper. I learned a lot of things about fungal and amoebal infections of fish.
This study represents the report of S. parasitica and N. perurans detected in Atlantic salmon, a species in which aquaculture technology research is actively progressing in Korea. Based on this study, it is crucial to promptly isolate the pathogens and quarantine infected fish by identifying the morphological characteristics of S. parasitica and N. perurans and the external symptoms of Atlantic salmon infected with these pathogens. In addition to these efforts, it is necessary to develop disease control measures to establish the domestic Atlantic salmon aquaculture industry in Korea successfully.
The part M and M
Must be written in details with all available information, please,

It seems to me that a lot of information are not taken in consideration. Looking in the pubmed, I found a lot of reviews with 2 very significant papers.

You can write:
For fungal diseases, samples were collected from the gills, gill covers, fins, brain, liver, intestine, muscle, spleen, kidney, and clinically symptomatic areas of Atlantic salmon. For parasitic diseases, samples were collected from the gills and clinically symptomatic areas of Atlantic salmon. They were then fixed in 10% neutral-buffered formalin solution (Sigma, USA) for 24 hours.

The morphological characteristics of the isolated N. perurans observed under the microscope showed a lack of surface structures, with round or hexagonal trophozoites of white color and the presence of a nucleus and parasome (Figure 4B, 5D), which were similar to previous research findings [35,67,68]

Reviewer 2 Report
Comments and Suggestions for AuthorsThe paper titled The first report on Saprolegnia parasitica and Neoparamoeba perurans isolated from Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar), reared in Korea gives novel information on the presence of fungus and parasite infections in salmon in Korea. The paper is worth publishing after major revision of the following:
1- English Editing
2- Correction of Italics like Scientific names and in vitro and others
3- Is there any relation between the two infections in the salmon the author noted or in previous studies found any where in the world if yes please clarify in the introduction and discussion, if not no problem.
4- Add the approval number of the study in M&M.
5- References need keen and strong check with journal guidelines and journal names many are not correct or not correctly abbreviated please check—also the titles of the references. Why did the author add a dot after a non-abbreviated name please, remove these dots.
6-I noted some mistakes in yellow in the pdf attached. Please, check all the paper not only these yellow ones.

3- Is there any relation between the two infections in the salmon the author noted or in previous studies found any where in the world if yes please clarify in the introduction and discussion, if not no problem.
-> Research on the issues arising between these two infections has not yet been conducted, and it has not been found in existing studies either. Additionally, S. parasitica was isolated from freshwater, while N. perurans was isolated from seawater, suggesting that each infection occurs separately.
4- Add the approval number of the study in M&M.
-> I have added the approval number
