This is a very interesting article, written clearly and that makes appropriate use of the methodology with the use of appropriate research instruments.
I think it would be improvable if:
- It clearly states the objectives it pursues. It does NOT appear in the text.
- It clarifies how the selection process of the participants has been, if it has applied inclusion criteria.
- Indicates how the interview has been constructed and whether this instrument has been validated by experts
- The tables in which the results are expressed are somewhat confusing. Since if 25 people have participated, it does not make sense that N is greater than that number. I think it is convenient to eliminate that last row (Total wiew) of the tables that does not provide special information and yet lends itself to confusion.

Review report on the article „
The Effect of Leadership Behaviors of Secondary School Administrators on Staff’s Job Satisfaction in Trnc”
Authors:
Esen SucuoÄŸlu and Mustafa UluÄŸ
This paper presents a qualitative study accomplished with the aim to reveal the effects of school administrators' leadership behaviors on teachers' job satisfaction in secondary schools from Cyprus. The topic is relevant for the field, but not quite original.
The main contribution of the paper lies in the qualitative analysis of teachers' opinions regarding the leadership behaviors of school managers, which could be capitalized on in future research.
However, the paper does not present important aspects of conducting a rigorous scientific research, respectively it does not present the research questions or the hypotheses from which it starts in conducting the research, or the hypotheses or questions (or even the theory related to) that are highlighted by the qualitative research. Consequently, it is not clear how research contributes to the development of knowledge in the field, which is the "gap" filled by research results. Also, the research tool is not clear presented (the interviews` structure, questions), and there are not sufficient details given to replicate the proposed procedures and analysis. From the interviews` questions the authors mentioned in the presentation of results, I concluded that the interview was not properly constructed for accurate investigation of the 2 variable – job satisfaction and school administrators` leadership behavior – and of their interaction (respectively what kind of effects depending on the type of leadership behavior).
The presentation/citation of participants` opinions should be included to support the themes discovered in the qualitative analysis, respectively as examples for each theme or category.
The presentation of the discussions and the conclusions is not sufficiently supported/ argued, they do not emerge naturally from the data presented in the paper.
I recommend a better organization of the presentation of the instruments used and of the data obtained, as well as the specification of the research questions that will be answered in the paper. This will support to a greater extent some relevant conclusions of the study for this field.
Except for the interviews data presented in the paper that could be used in a future research or meta-analysis, the paper does not add anything new compared with other published materials.
Also, the English phrasing needs to be improved.

The manuscript with the title "THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS OF SECONDARY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ON STAFF'S JOB SATISFACTION IN TRNC" reflects some of the contemporary issues of the modern business world. Mainly encompassing leadership behaviors as a primary concern in contemporary business management and their impact on Staff Job Satisfaction. The researchers have chosen a relatively less explored area, i.e., Secondary School, which is also laudable. However, there are a few areas to be improved.
The abstract is well written and presented.
Though the introduction explains the gaps in the specific area, I suggest that the authors add research questions to clarify the central theme of this research.
The authors have mentioned the relevant literature, but I should suggest the author provide a literature review table; this will help the reader understand the targeted concepts in a better way.
The methodology is sound and well organized, followed by a comprehensive analysis.
The conclusion and discussion sections are not well organized, and revision is needed for this section. Please compare your findings with earlier in the discussion section and give more deep implications. The reinforcement of this section is suggested.
Grammatical and Typos mistakes, please consider thorough English proofreading.

Round 2

The authors revised the paper in relation to most of the previous observations. The subject of the paper is not an original one, but it brings some contributions to emphasize the role of the factors that characterize the leadership behavior of school managers on the professional satisfaction of teachers. The study is relevant as an example of qualitative research, especially for students or beginning teachers who want to deepen the ways of investigating professional practices. Especially in order to develop in teachers the competencies for action research, so necessary in the context of educational change and innovation.
