Thank you for the opportunity to review this article. The abstract is clear, concise and interesting. From the beginning of the manuscript, author(s) show a clear research question.
The manuscript is easy to read, and its structure is consistent with the scientific style. The selected reference papers are good and up-to-date range.
This topic has not been widely studied in the literature. Research methodology is based on the systematic literature review and clearly described by the authors. The “conclusion” section is based on the results of literature analysis.

- The authors' review of the literature on social responsibility, ESG, and green investment is inadequate, and to my knowledge there is much more of this literature.
- The concepts of green, ESG and social responsibility should be defined.
- The authors should propose some directions for future research based on the existing literature review, and I personally think this will reflect the value of this manuscript.
- The presence of sections 3 and 4 makes it difficult for me to understand that this is a literature review type of manuscript.
- Table 2 takes up most of the manuscript and needs to be simplified.
- The contribution of the article is unclear.

The article is a first attempt to know the literature focused in EGR integration into business models but I think some changes should be done to include the "sustainability" dimension more in deep, as the journal is about sustainability above all.
In the introduction I miss that authors refer after explaining the purpose, to the main practical implications. They must be anticipated here.
In the literature review, I miss mentioning the customers. and what is the relation between customers-ESG-sustainability...How ESG can impact customers views on the business model?
In conclusions, guidelines, recommendations for firms, and different stakeholders of firms should be considered, including again customers and policymakers consequences from the sustainability dimension, apart from investors...

All my previous recommendations have been considered in the new version of the article. It has improved significantly. However, a proofreading is required as I see some grammar errors as for example:
On page 2:
“The main practical implication here is that unless the world becomes more serious about the integration of ESG into the business model, the current hype about ESG may ..:”
