Thank you for inviting me for reviewing this paper. This paper aims to investigate whether new airport infrastructure improves customer experience. Having read the paper, I believe it has merit. I provide several suggestions for authors’ consideration.

  • The topic is interesting and timely, as customer experience is the key of tourism and hospitality industry. The introduction section clearly stated the problem statement. However, I would encourage authors to reorganize the introduction section to provide a better flow and a strong justification for this study.
  • The literature review was well developed. However, I would encourage the authors to address how this study differentiate from previous related studies. What is the theory driving this study?
  • This study using interview and statistical method, which were well presented. The data collection procedure seems solid and accurate. The sample was also well represented. There may be some other variables or factors needs consider, such as demographic information, frequency of traveling, types of traveling, travel companion etc. By considering these factors, may provide additional insights for the literature.
  • The results were well presented. Authors well presented the existing situation, and improvement proposal which contributes to the industry and help practitioners improve the customer experiences through the airport infrastructure.
  • The references were well cited and clearly presented.
