Reviewer 2 Report

Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to review this manuscript. The topic presented in the paper is systematic review interesting to see what strategies business organizations use to keep their employees significantly engaged during the pandemic.

However, the work has some aspects that should be better attended to by the authors.

1) The introduction should be revised in translation, with a more synthesis, some passages are not smooth and there is too much redundancy and repetition.

2) Overall, I would consider revising the discussion with some more care to strengthen the critical analysis of this manuscript.

3) I indicate some bibliographical references that can be consulted and added to improve the work:

Anxiety, Motives, and Intention for Physical Activity during the Italian COVID-19 Lockdown: An Observational Longitudinal Study

Perception of Risk, Self-Efficacy and Social Trust during the Diffusion of Covid-19 in Italy

The publication of the study is definitely recommended after making the minor revisions here indicated.

Author Response

Dear Dr.

HEre are the addressed comets

Receiver 1,

  1. Any research article describing a study involving humans should contain this statement. Please add “Informed consent was obtained from all subjects involved in the study.” OR “Patient consent was waived due to REASON (please provide a detailed justification).” OR “Not applicable.” for studies not involving humans. You might also choose to exclude this statement if the study did not involve humans.

Written informed consent for publication must be obtained from participating patients who can be identified (including by the patients themselves). Please state “Written informed consent has been obtained from the patient(s) to publish this paper” if applicable.

ANSWER

Since this is a Literature Review, The wording option is "Not Applicable". because this study did not involve any humans as it reviewed the published articles in the literature. Thus we included the statement as Not Applicable as the article is a Literature review.

  1. English language and style are fine/minor spell check required

ANSWER

We obtained a native English language colleague's advice and also, through Grammarly we checked all the spelling mistakes. the current form of the article is language error-free document
