Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

1.       Sub Chapter 2.2, typho error please revise as templete.

2.       There are not figure in the discussion section. Please provide the graph to show the composition of Notrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), and Potasium (K) with standard deviation (because the datas were collected on four sampling days).

3.       Please add the analysis for each parameters in the discussions sections. The analysis were too short to acceptable for Membranes.

The comment and suggested change is not clear us

  1. There are not figure in the discussion section. Please provide the graph to show the composition of Notrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), and Potasium (K) with standard deviation (because the datas were collected on four sampling days).

Table 2 includes the data and the standard deviation. Since we are not comparing the N, P and K, we believe a Table is the best way to present the data.

  1. Please add the analysis for each parameters in the discussions sections. The analysis were too short to acceptable for Membranes.

Since this was a brief report, we balanced brevity and adequate coverage of the measured parameters. We checked the discussion section to ensure we covered all the measured and estimated parameters (biowaste generation, macronutrient contents and GHG emissions). Where possible, we added more details for clarity.

Page 3 line 103: what is the exact meaning of CI?

The authors should add more detail on what the next steps should be (such as the appropriate methods used to treat these wastes, e.g. composting, since the nature of these wastes is predominantly organic).

CI is for Confident interval. This has now been explained

The authors should add more detail on what the next steps should be (such as the appropriate methods used to treat these wastes, e.g. composting, since the nature of these wastes is predominantly organic).

Details on the next steps have been strengthened.
