This is a nice paper. I just have two comments: (1) in Table 3, please use at most two decimal points of accuracy, and (2) please provide all the data you used for this analysis so that results can be reproduced. If those two comments are fulfilled, I am happy to accept the paper.

The author's approach to writing the paper is excellent and reasonable.

The papers cited by the author are a little old.

I think it's an engineering report rather than a research paper. To judge the readership and value to the engineers, I think it is well worth the publication.
