I have read your work with great interest.

I think that the study draws attention to a major problem that is often forgotten in the race for economic results - the problem of environmental conservation. At the same time, the authors emphasize the possibility of preserving the economic motive when accounting for environmental costs and revenues from its development.

I consider it possible to publish this manuscript.

I recommend that the authors note the possible limitations of their study.
