Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The manuscript (review) seems to be a clear and comprehensive overview on the recent preclinical studies and current strategies for the management of  medulloblastoma.

The topic of this review is very interesting and relevant to the scientific community and provides a good contribution to the knowledge in the field. The abstract is adequately descriptive. The presented details are sufficient to provide a clear understanding of state-of -the-art results and are well supported by pertinent literature. Tables show the data suitably and are relatively easy to interpret and understand. The cited references are relevant and appropriate, and mostly recent publications.

Thus, I recommend publication of the manuscript in Diagnostics after minor language and spell check revisions.

Quality of English is fine.

The author has given an excellent overview of the current ttreatment options in  medulloblastoma. Passed, current and potential future trials are discussed.

The content is concise and well written; this is a very nice contribution to the literature for the interested reader and very much so for the various medical specialists participating within the multidisciplinary tumor board for pdiatric neuro-oncology.
