- (a)
- Repeated-measures ANOVA was used to evaluate escape latency (the measurement of spatial learning) between groups during the training days in the acquisition phase;
- (b)
- The Student’s t-test was used to compare controls vs. MK-801 or controls vs. scopolamine-treated animals (which was applied to all tested parameters in the retention phase);
- (c)
- A one-way ANOVA followed by a Tukey’s post hoc comparison test was used to evaluate the activity of the compounds in the retention phase (applied to all tested parameters). Treatment groups receiving drugs + MK-801 were compared with the MK-801 group, and treatment groups receiving drugs + scopolamine were compared with the scopolamine group.
