Review report: Influence of Heat Treatment on Corrosion Resistance of Sn/Mg Films Formed by PVD Method on Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel
1. Shorten the length of the abstract section and add only key information in abstract section.
2. Discuss the Novelty and clear application of the work in abstract as well as in introduction section.
3. Shorten the length of the introduction section and add key published work and try to make a bridge between current and previous published work.
4. Add some recently published work on similar areas: https://doi.org/10.1007/s12540-020-00705-w; https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ceramint.2018.01.131.
5. Provide the image of the experimental setup, coated sample and information about substrate material.
6. How were the heating parameters selected?
7. The line mapping should be discussed in detail.
8. Provide good quality SEM image for with EDS spectra of the precipitates and matrix.
9. Try to add a quantitative analysis of the phases with the help of the XRD plot.
10. Improve the quality of images and also add a scale to each image.
11. Corrosion study needs a technical discussion and also add an image of good quality.
12. The conclusion section should contain key bullet points.

1. After heat treatment at 220 ℃, the micro morphology changes from granular to columnar. What kind of phase transformation process has taken place during this period? Could you give a more detailed description in combination with XPS and other characterization methods.
2. Is there a theoretical basis for conducting the annealing process, and why 190 ℃ and 200 ℃ are selected? Has anyone else done similar work? I hope you can explain it in the introduction section.
3. It is hoped to summarize the changes and causes of the sample surface phase during the passivation process of the potentiodynamic polarization test in the conclusion section.

Reading this research shows that it has good results for the Influence of Heat Treatment on Corrosion Resistance of Sn/Mg Films Formed by PVD Method on Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel. Techniques have also been used to confirm the efficiency of Sn/Mg film formed. The research is written in a smooth and clear English language and the review of the results was good.
