Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The submitted review is a really interesting work, just few revisions were reported in the attached file. More emphasis should have been given to the agro-industrial waste part, since it is newer and more interesting, probably evaluating also other vegetable waste sources most common in agriculture around the world.

Comments and Suggestions for Authors

The paper is interesting but it mostly deals with the production of aromas from other sources, not from agricultural waste. This can be ok but the title should be changed since it is misleading. The authors shoud describe the potential risks in the production. Also they should discuss in more details the production process and not to repead the data presented in the table.
