Overall, this is a description of two community services in Greece. The description is rather simple and there is nothing new as compared to the international development in community psychiatry. The manuscript does not contain any research data. 

Minor points:

·       * Figure 1 is not very clear and does not help for a better understanding. The authors use two different colors in this figure, but don’t explain what the colors mean.

·       * All tables report diagnoses, but it is not clear if this means that one person could have multiple diagnoses. This should be clarified.
