Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

This Special Issue focuses on advancing educator wellness, recognizing its critical role in fostering a thriving school ecosystem. Educator well-being is closely linked to the overall health of school systems, as the mental, emotional, and physical wellness of teachers and staff significantly influences student outcomes, school climate, and the sustainability of education programs. We invite articles exploring innovative approaches to promoting educator wellness at both the individual and systemic levels, emphasizing integrated models of support. Topics include strategies for addressing burnout, stress management, and work–life balance, as well as holistic approaches that align educator well-being with broader efforts to enhance school-wide wellness. We encourage submissions that consider the role of leadership, policy, organizational culture, and collaborative practices in shaping a supportive environment where educators and students alike can flourish.

Abstract submission deadline: 31 January 2025
