Dear Colleagues,
Our bodies live in a continuous interaction with the environment and with the activities we carry out in our environment. That is the basis of epigenetic and plasticity. This Special Issue aims to collect the most recent research that relates physical and motor interventions to cognition. The Issue will address topics such as cognitive reserve in adolescents, the cognitive repercussions of physical training in children and adolescents, the modulation of cognition that occurs after motor and physical intervention in healthy children or with a diagnosis of dysfunction, or how physical activity can predict future cognition intervention guidelines. Motor interventions supported by new technologies, including AI and VR, are welcome. The objective is ambitious and broad, aiming to demonstrate how physical and physiotherapeutic interventions are capable of changing the course of cognition.

Brain Sciences is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
