Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The rapid advancement of telehealth technologies is revolutionizing the field of dentistry, making dental care more accessible and efficient. Telemonitoring and telediagnosis have their roots in general telemedicine, which has evolved significantly over the past few decades, expanding into specialized fields such as dentistry. This Special Issue aims to investigate the application of telemonitoring and telediagnosis in dentistry and oral diagnosis, highlighting their benefits, challenges, and future prospects. We seek contributions that explore innovative uses of telehealth technologies in dental care, including the development of new diagnostic tools, remote patient monitoring systems, and virtual consultation platforms.

We are soliciting original research articles, comprehensive reviews, and clinical case studies that demonstrate the efficacy, implementation, and potential of telemonitoring and telediagnosis in improving dental health outcomes.
