The topic is interesting and falls within the scope of the journal. It follows into the steps of previous works by one of the authors/

The methodology is scientifically sound.

I have a concern about the model employed for the propaganda factor. The sinusoidal model, which implies a continuously changing sign of the propaganda intention, is to be justified. I cannot think of real-world cases where it can apply. 

I would also ask the authors to provide a glossary of the symbols they employ and avoid using symbols rather than full names of variables in figure captions (such as "m" in Figure 2)

The new version of the manuscript is much more detailed and contains additional information that will be of interest to the readers. It represents a big improvement over the previous one. It is my oppinion that the article may be accepted in its present form.

I'm not a native English speaker, but I did not detected problem with the quality of the English language.
