General Comments
This is a well written review of Ras guanine nucleotide releasing proteins and their role in immunity and cancer biology.
I have only one minor comment. There are a large number of abbreviations that are hard to remember. It would be helpful to append a list of all abbreviations at either at the beginning or end of the text.
