Stage < III Hoehn–Yahr with no obvious motor fluctuations. | Visual-perceptual difficulties. Peripheral sensory disturbances due to polyneuropathy. Cerebellar alterations. Impossibility to operate a computer due to motor impairment Severe cognitive impairment (MoCA < 24). Moderate or severe active depression (BDI > 14). Dependence (mRS > 3).
