Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Thanks for making the necessary minor changes and I have no additional comments. Best success with your future work.

Author Response

We have inserted all our minor revisions in the online platform as requested using the "track changes" option for visualization. In addition to the one small addition to a figure caption suggested by a reviewer, we also made very small adjustments of our own to the text in punctuation or minor grammatical adjustments, all to improve clarity. We added one new reference which we feel strengthens support for a statement in the Discussion, and we added a few brief remarks or adjustments to the Acknowledgments. We replace one figure simply to correct a minor spelling error in one of the species' names and, finally, we propose adding a final column to the Table. We believe that the addition of the this column simply improves reader comprehension of sample sizes by adding totals for each species. In making this addition, however, we recognize that slight adjustments in formatting may be required to fit the page.  We hope that can easily be accomodated by the editors, but will happily adjust as instructed if necessary.      Thank you for all your dedicated attention and assistance.

Reviewer 2 Report

The results are well presented and suggestions from last review were considered.

In Fig. 3d I miss the explanation for dashed and solide line.
