Reviewer 2 Report

The paper entitled "Development of Parkinsonism in a patient with Central Pontine Myelinolysis" is well written.  The presented clinical study demonstrates the unusual clinical findings due to a complex of  multiple risk factors and pathologies and it is difficult to objectively tell the exact reason behind the parkinsonism signs. However, I believe that this case might be interesting and helpful for practicing clinicians.

I have a minor comment:

page3, line 59: Fluoxetine instead of fluoxetina
