The work presented focuses on a subject of undoubted interest. The participants in the study are representative and the instruments used are adequate to access a significant volume of information. The categories of analysis are relevant. The discussion is very rich as soon as the contributions of the research are appreciated, as well as the conclusions.
In general terms, I consider that the subject matter of the manuscript is very interesting for the journal. The authors do a good job of reviewing the state of the art by consulting a large number of documents from the scientific literature and very topical.

The study presented addresses a topical and important issue, as it involves young people in a situation of increased vulnerability due to the current health situation. 
Although the discussion appears to be related to the main objective, a section dedicated to conclusions could emphasize the lack of coordination between different stakeholders, already present in pre-pandemic, as well as the scarcity of proposals detected.
In this sense, defining the type of activities and frequency with which they were carried out prior to the start of the COVID-19 pandemic would help to understand the effect on the lives of these young people.
It would be interesting to provide data along the same lines as the study of other similar groups, in order to compare results, as well as to broaden the sample.

It is recommended:

  • that one of the words "present" "presents" be replaced (line 64)
  • that the word "exposure" be replaced by "exhibition" (line 297).

General comments

This manuscript reported a well written an enjoyable work to follow. Providing enough informations regarding the inclusive leisure as a resourse for socio-educational intervention during the Covid 19 pandemic with care leavers in general. 

Specific comments

Please reorganise the manuscript with a separate chapter for conclusions.
