Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The authors presented a new driving waveform design to optimize the red saturation in the three-color electrophoretic displays. The analysis itself is nearly flawless however there are some minor comments:

(1) Line 36, why “low quality” is an advantage?

(2) Line 101, what is “Stockley”?

(3) Equation 2, “r” should be sphere radius.

(4) In figure 2, please add time in the x-axis.

Reviewer 2 Report

Author presents the effective way to enhance the stability and sensitivity of immuno-sensing platform with developing the reversely assembled antibody layers in PDMS chamber. I think this manuscript is well-written and has a good novelty in immunosensor field.
