Sadyt: A Successful Business Case 1995–2019
Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
The manuscript presents an interesting topic with valuable information for water researchers and industry. The details are appropriate. It is suggested to include an illustration showing the strengths and limitations of the business case presented in this study and compare with generalized business schemes. The illustration should also highlight the features and decision activities that contributed to the success of this industry. Most of the references are old. These need update.
Author Response
Thank you very much for your time and comments. To illustrate the strengths and weaknesses you have mentioned, we have included a table with a SWOT analysis. In addition, we have included several new references to complement some of those already included which were quite old, although we have not eliminated the latter. These changes are a part of those made, as we have also made significant changes in the introduction to improve the presentation of the case study, as well as included a small quantitative exercise at the request of another reviewer. Again, thank you very much, I hope the changes are appropriate and new comments are always received to improve our research. The changes are indicated in the attached PDF, as well as being highlighted in yellow in the article's Word document.

Reviewer 3 Report
The paper aims to explain the internationalisation process of Sadyt. The paper first presented background and information about Sadyt and then referred to several theories to explain why Sadyt is successful. However, the paper lacks quantitative analysis to support its conclusions.
Most of the analysis in Section 5 is ambiguous, which is not a religious scientific analysis. I suggest that the authors could apply models/methods/data to quantitatively analyse the internationalisation process of Sadyt in the past (e.g. supply chain development and market growth) and economically and financially evaluate the development of Saydt and its competitors from 1995 to 2019.
Author Response
Thank you very much for your time and comments. In response to them, we have included a quantitative analysis to complement the rest of the sections. Unfortunately, the information that we have available for this case is very limited and to make a deep quantitative analysis of the evolution of Sadyt and its competitors is not possible for us. In any case, we have included what we could, as well as other changes to improve the article, highlighting an improved introduction and the inclusion of several figures throughout the text, a SWOT analysis and new references to update some that were old. Again, thank you very much, I hope the changes are appropriate and new comments are always received to improve our research. The changes are indicated in the attached PDF, as well as being highlighted in yellow in the article's Word document.
