The idea of cerebrospinal fluid biopsy of malignant brain tumors instead of invasive stereotactic procedures is very good. It opens the possibility of oncology therapy without an open biopsy. It is definitely more reliable to take CSF from cerebral ventricles. Congratulations on your excellent scientific work.

This is a clearly written article that points out the need of a deeper investigation in the field and I am accepting the manuscript in its present form despite of the small sample size, since the authors stated that limitation twice throughout the manuscript.
