Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This is an interesting research result in the development of eco-friendly materials.(such as micro alloyed steels)

  1. Supplementally explain the relationship between the major deformation mechanisms of hot ductility and the results of crystal structure analysis..(with/without Vanadium)
  2. The TEM observation and analysis of the precipitate phase in Fig. 10(b) is very interesting. However, it is necessary to mention the experimental results related to the distribution of the precipitated phase specimen.

Author Response

Dear reviewer 1#,

We sincerely appreciate your professional comments on our manuscript. We have made all necessary revisions according to your comments. Detailed explanations of the revisions are given as follows:

(1) Supplementally explain the relationship between the major deformation mechanisms of hot ductility and the results of crystal structure analysis..(with/without Vanadium)

Thank you for your professional comments. The corresponding description is added from lines 233-239, page 7.     (Highlight by red color)

(2) The TEM observation and analysis of the precipitate phase in Fig. 10(b) is very interesting. However, it is necessary to mention the experimental results related to the distribution of the precipitated phase specimen.

Thank you for your professional suggestion. The TEM result shows that the particle mostly precipitate at grain boundary. The related description is revised and added from lines 253-257, page 8.    (Highlight by red color)

We sincerely hope that the revised manuscript addresses your comments and suggestions. Please feel free to give further comments if additional clarifications and revisions are needed. In closing, we sincerely thank you again for your valuable work and time.

With best regards,

Junyu Tian

Reviewer 2 Report

This is a sound manuscript that can be accepted after minor changes.
Please go through the introduction one more time and polish the language.
Please add the balance in Table 1
Apart from that this is all fine with me.

Author Response
