- Height and weight (used to calculate body mass index—BMI) [28];
- Personal status (single, married, divorced, widowed);
- Number of children and age of the youngest child;
- Receiving pharmaceutical treatment (yes/no), if yes—please specify;
- Working (yes/no) and type of work (daytime, night-time, shifts);
- Waking up during the night (yes/no), if yes—how many times per night.
2.1.2. Symptoms of Nocturnal Masticatory Muscle Activity
2.1.3. Risk of OSA
- Low risk: score of 0–2 on the self-report questions;
- Intermediate risk: score of 3–4 on the self-report questions;
- High risk: score of 2–4 on the self-report questions, in addition to BMI > 35 kg/m2, or score of 2–4, in addition to neck perimeter > 41 cm.
- Risk categories for OSA, as specified above (OSA-risk);
- Score of the STOP questionnaire (OSA-STOP);
- The question regarding snoring (yes/no), as a separate variable (Snoring).
2.1.4. Daytime Sleepiness (Sleepiness)
- 0–5, low normal;
