- Chronic stable angina—Patients with persistent chest pain or anginal symptoms occurring during exertion or emotional stress and relieved by rest or medication;

- Abnormal non-invasive test results—Patients with positive findings from stress tests (e.g., treadmill exercise, stress echocardiography, myocardial perfusion imaging) that indicated myocardial ischemia;
- ✓
- Intermediate or high-risk profiles—Patients with risk factors such as diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, or a family history of CAD who had symptoms suggestive of CAD.
