It’s my pleasure to receive this paper for review. I found this paper a very interesting and timely research that authors portrayed perfectly. The following comments may help the authors to revise the paper:
- The Introduction covers a number of pertinent issues and points, relevant to the paper. However, since the paper's focus in on Peru, the Introduction should highlight some basic aspects of its green innovation and blockchain technology in SMEs and how it was affected by it, briefly. Please include a paragraph on the same. You may Cite the following paper:
Afshar Jahanshahi, A., & Brem, A. (2020). Entrepreneurs in post-sanctions Iran: Innovation or imitation under conditions of perceived environmental uncertainty?. Asia Pacific Journal of Management, 37(2), 531-551.
- I recommend the authors to enrich the literature review section with some relevant recent paper citation. Authors can cite minimum a couple of recent studies in the role of risk acceptance and confidence level. The following papers can be cited:
Afshar Jahanshahi, A., & Jia, J. (2018). Purchasing green products as a means of expressing consumers’ uniqueness: Empirical evidence from Peru and Bangladesh. Sustainability, 10(11), 4062.

- Cross match all references. All in text references must be supported with the end of paper references. Any end of chapter references should be excluded which are without in-text references.
- I am glad that authors have added the measurement items used in the study that certainly reflects the scholars in this area.
- Authors may recheck all tables, figures and values inside before submitting the
revised version.
