The global economy is pivotal to its supply chains. The enormous waste generation, non-renewable resources, and product aftermarket converge in relation to the ecosystem and planet deterioration due to the traditional paradigm of take, make, and discard. Incorporating green actions, closed loops, and circular supply chains is critical for industrial applications because it decreases environmental load and imparts resource management from a raw material and product perspective. This study uses CE principles in the supply chain to turn it into a circular supply chain. The purpose is to discover the enablers that generate momentum gain to circular supply chains in the manufacturing organization. Several facilitators that promote circularity were identified through a literature search using the Scopus database over the past fifteen years. It was modified and concluded in consultation with case organization professionals. The framework aims to determine the cause and effect of the enablers developed through the Fuzzy DEMATEL technique. The findings emphasize the cause and effect of the 17 key enablers. One of the most important conclusions is that management is a tool for achieving sustainability through the use of enablers. This study is an important tool for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers. Few studies have implied that collaboration among stakeholders leads to a holistic approach in which consumers possess a direct influence.
