Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Continuing its success story, the Cancer World Congress (CWC) arrived at the 8th edition, will be organized in the wonderful city Dubrovnik from Croatia, on May 29-31, 2024. This Special Issue of Cancers will publish selected papers from the best CWC 2024 presentations that attracted the most interest of the audience, were particularly innovative and passed a rigorous peer-reviewing process. Owing to the generous theme "New Frontiers in Oncology Research and Practice", the 2024 CWC brings together leading experts in both cancer research and clinical oncology whose contributing papers will make a must have Cancers Special Issue. The publications will present novel ideas, research findings and improved practice from the very technical cancer bioinformatics and cancer genomics to cancer biology as it occurs in various organs, from cancer classical radio- and chemotherapy to modern immunotherapy and precision medicine, and from prevention and palliative care to social aspects of coping with cancer.
