Urban, Economy, Management and Transportation Engineering

A section of CivilEng (ISSN 2673-4109).

Section Information

Urban, Economy, Management and Transportation Engineering (UEMTE) involves the studies of urban and economy multidisciplinary fields of management and transport engineering. Urban economy seeks to improve theories through an integrated treatment of facets of the urban economy, such as land use, development policies, transportation, housing, local public finance and environmental impact and operations of utilities, infrastructure, construction and waste. Management involves a range of disciplines in the natural and social sciences and includes construction management and engineering, strategic management, industrial management, information management and other areas. Transportation engineering deals with the development of planning, design, operation and maintenance and administration of transportation facilities for the harmless, well-organized, fast, comfortable, economical and environmentally friendly movement of people and goods. Articles that address interdisciplinary topics in the Section of UEMTE and include applications of artificial intelligence for data mining, machine learning, deep learning and optimization are most welcome.

About Urban, Economy, Management and Transportation Engineering

Aims

UEMTE is a Section of CivilEng, an international, peer-reviewed open-access journal that publishes original papers, technical notes and review articles and discussions on all interdisciplinary aspects of civil and construction engineering. It provides an advanced forum for studies that involve social science, natural science and the engineering applications of artificial intelligence.
