Section Information

This section focuses on all areas of basic and applied science, technology and engineering required for optimum milk and dairy product/byproduct processing, including technological advances in optimization and control, unit operations and engineering, processing and preservation methods, storage and handling, safety, quality, shelf life, and related topics. The aim is to publish research that will enhance the quality and safety of both milk/dairy products and processing technologies; improve processes to enhance efficiency, safety, nutrition and functionality; and foster the generation of new dairy products.
