This Special Issue brings together cutting-edge research and advancements in the field of low-power circuits and systems, showcasing the latest breakthroughs and offering a glimpse into the future prospects of emerging technologies.

Scope and Focus:

This Special Issue explores a diverse range of topics related to low-power electronics, encompassing novel power-saving techniques at the CMOS level, new materials and devices, new computation models, efficient architectures, and packaging methods. From energy-efficient processors to novel power management techniques, this Special Issue delves into the intricate details that contribute to the development of circuits and systems with minimal power consumption.

  • Materials and Devices Innovation: investigating the role of new materials and new technologies in the quest for lower power requirements and enhanced performance.

All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process.
