Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
Green management has prompted questions about the existing management research traditions' of profit-oriented structure and emphasised the price of economic progress. There are numerous benefits that going green will deliver to business, such as green business tax relief, enhanced credibility, increased number of investors on board, retention of quality workforce, lowering costs in sustainable businesses, earth-friendly and people-friendly environment, and rapidly increasing sales due to environmentally conscious customers. Better preparedness for future environmental regulations and, hence, waste reduction can save natural resources, decrease environmental impact, and save money. Green Management in the business world means to make valuable predictions for the business and how successful leaders can design their crisis-management techniques using a new unique perspective in smart decision making. This Special Issue brings together works by specialists from different disciplines and continents to reflect on the nexus between Green Management and its impact on businesses. Proposed Topics:
- Green Finance;
- Green HRM;
- Green Supply Chain Management;
- Green Technology;
- Green Marketing (and how they might be used to investigate the effects of Green Business, especially for managers and policymakers).
