Topical Collection Information

Dear Colleagues,

Pain is a very common phenomenon experienced by humans, but situations that require intentional pain control often occur. Acute or chronic pain and postoperative pain caused by disease are mostly controlled using medication, but there do exist non-pharmaceutical methods. Therefore, this Special Issue aims to provide a clinical comparison of various non-pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical analgesia. In addition, the clinical comparison of pharmaceutical analgesia would include not only comparisons between drugs, but also with other tools and interventions, as well as assessments of the effectiveness of drugs delivered through various drug delivery methods. In other words, clinical evaluations of any method used in analgesia are welcome.
