Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
The Special Issue “Personalized Critical Care in Lung Disease” aims to explore innovative approaches in the management of lung diseases through tailored critical care strategies. With advances in technology and a deeper understanding of patient-specific factors, personalized medicine is becoming integral in optimizing treatment outcomes for patients with respiratory conditions. This Special Issue will feature original research and reviews that highlight the role of individualized care plans, risk stratification, and the integration of biomarkers in clinical decision-making. Topics may include, but need not be limited to, personalized ventilation strategies, targeted pharmacotherapy, the use of artificial intelligence in monitoring and treatment, and the implications of genetics and comorbidities in lung disease management. By fostering discussions around these advancements, this Special Issue aims to contribute to the evolving landscape of critical care in lung disease and ultimately enhance patient outcomes.
