Point 1: Please find some minor corrections suggested in the comments in the highlight text.
Response 1: All minor comments were revised. The revisions were marked using highlighting in the manuscript. Thanks a lot.
Point 2: Change taxonomy.
Response 2: The taxonomy have been changed for “sordariomycetes”, Thanks a lot.
Point 3: change conclusion by adding the final figures after all structures.
Response 3: The figures 7 to 10 were moved after all structures, and the discussions were remained in conclusion.
Point 4: Check if there exists some findings about the mechansms of action.
Response 4: In the manuscript, some mechansms of action have been written. Compounds 38 and 39 stated the mechansms of antivirus, and anthraquinones expressed anticancer activity mechansms.

Point 1: The authors mention 180 compounds isolated from T. harzianum, and cited 58 papers. My suggestions you should mention the timeline as well (I mean this review covers
from year ……. To ……….).
Response 1: The manuscript was added this sentence. Thanks a lot.
Point 2: The author should describe how many compounds isolated from this organism are currently in preclinic/clinical trial. There should be a subtitle before conclusion.
Response 2: It is a pity that none of the compound isolated was in preclinic/clinical trial, through literature search, it could not be described in the text. Thank you for your advise.
Point 3: When describe the structures in text there should be a sequence. You should describe in such a way that the compounds will appear serially like compound 1, 2, 3,……and so on. That will attract the readers more.
Response 3: For clean and tidy, the structures which showed in Figures, were put the same core structures together, so some of the orders in the text could not be a sequence. Thank you for your advise.
Point 4: The legend of figure 1 and figure 2 are same except the compound sequence. Because both figures represent terpenoids either you use only one figure or two figures with different legends with subclass of terpenoids. Please follow the same rule for polyketides (figure 3 and figure 4)
