The authors significantly improved the manuscript. They adequately addressed all the questions raised.
The only suggestion I have is regarding L742 … the S. marcescens strains did not present hemolytic activity, which strongly suggests that they are not pathogenic bacteria.
The authors should consider emphasizing that additional testing is needed to determine that their isolates are safe for use. Thus, one more sentence should be added.
