Quality of Higher Education through the Pursuit of Satisfaction with a Focus on Sustainability
Abstract
:1. Introduction
- (1)
- To design and validate an instrument to analyse the impact of higher education quality through the pursuit of satisfaction with a focus on sustainability, according to the groups (family, pupils and teachers) of participants involved in higher education. This is relevant because no instruments currently exist which examine quality whilst taking a sustainability focus.
- (2)
- To determine the possible associations between quality through the pursuit of satisfaction with a focus on sustainability and the variables of groups and satisfaction.
