The authors proposed a joint Precise Orbit Determination (POD) method using both Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI) and Orbit Determination by Transfer Tracking (ODTT) to improve POD precision and recover the orbit rapidly. In particular, an ODTT system + the first VLBI 2010 Global Observation System (VGOS) in China are used to track the GEO satellite of ZX 12#.
From the experimental and technical points of view, use, introduction and spread of such real data experiments are worth of being published. However, there are a few items that can increase the clarity of the paper.
At the of Section 1, it is expected to have a paragraph that highlights the contributions of the paper and also structure of the paper. This will make it easier for a reader to have a general overview on the paper.
Captions of Table 4 and 5 have repetition.
Equation (20) is missed.
Summary, is a bit lengthy and it is recommended to make it like a concise conclusion.
Line 48, consider changing the word "Since" with "Due to"

I see several improvements have been done to the manuscript. Even though my perplexities remain on having treated just a single case, this could be considered a first step toward a more robust assessment of the technique, and this has been somehow declared in the manuscript.
