Justify the reason for the selection of ITO/TNO materials

Novelty of the work should be clearly mentioned

Reason for the increase in reflectance and state the relation between transmittance, reflection and absorbance.

How thickness of the coated layer was found

Mention the method of coating and how the optical parameters were determined and justify the reason for the improvement of coated cells.

Authors have deposited and characterized ITO/TNO anti-reflection coatings, which are interesting and important for silicon solar cells. But the English quality needs to be improved. In addition to the graphics needing some improvements, all the figures should be increased in size.

1. Please check the English by native speakers. 

2. Please add a schematic figure of layers and the direction of light in your experiment.

3. Figure 1 and Figure 4 should be modified as other figures; indicating the axis of transmittance and reflectance.

4. Few references should be added in terms of application of single or double layers of TCOs at silicon solar cells as anti-reflection coating.
