Reproductive Outcomes in Adults with 22q11.2 Deletion Syndrome
Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
This is an interesting, well written, original manuscript dealing with the reproductive history of patients with Di George syndrome. The methodology is adapted, and the study sample size is extended.
The manuscript stresses an important feature for healthcare procedures of Di George syndrome and will be of high interest for the medical community and a fortiori for Genes readership.

Reviewer 2 Report
The manuscript of Palmer and McManus et al. is assessing reproductive outcomes in 22q11.2 deletion syndrome. This is an important topic, also from the social perspective, and should be investigated further. The authors gathered a relatively large group of patients. The methodology is sound, results are clearly presented. The discussion is touching several aspects and further directions are presented. I have no comments.
