Reviewer 2 Report
The topic of the paper is very interesting and important considering the ubiquitous use of different information technologies, including social media, by the tourist destinations and tourists.
Surprisingly, Spanish tourist destinations reveal to fail to effectively use social media for managing the destinations. in this sense, it would be great if the authors elaborated more on the reasons of inadequate management of social media by Spanish destinations. Also, it is crucial to add some recommendations for the destinations on how they can effectively use social media.
Structurally, the paper is organized fairly well, yet the limitations and suggestions for future research are not included.
Wish you a good luck in successful publication :)
