The content of this research is interesting, while the innovation point of the article is not clear and sufficient. When studying the impact of flood on land use change, the location of the study area and the study scale are important for research value. If the study area is too small, the significance may not be prominent enough.
Figure 2, map is not standard, there is no ordinate.
The extent of the study area should be explained in detail in the study area section.
The title of the article does not correspond to the content and structure exactly, so the structure should be adjusted, and some content can be taken as part of the discussion.

The subject is so important that due to the increasingly intense climate change, the frequency and intensity of such phenomena will increase. The authors approached the problem comprehensively, using terrain data (the accuracy of the model could be improved using lidar data, if available for the study area). HEC-RAS modeling software was used. There are no great objections to the structure of the paper. However, I believe that the review of the literature could be improved. The conclusions, which are too long in their present form, should be shortened. Also, highlight what is new in the presented manuscript in relation to previous works of this type. Figure 3 also requires improvement, as it lacks an explanation of what the individual lines symbolize. A geolocation keyword should be added.
